description: I am being charged with Harassment by phone, the court has my phone records and they show that my phone called the victim 31 times in a period of an hour. This is the only incident that is being persued, there are no other incidents and I do not have any priors. I don’t have a court date yet and I didn’t officially get charged yet but the arresting officer called to tell me that I will be receiving the paperwork in the mail, I did however give a written statement that I did make the calls, unfortunately.
